Services

Durham Technical Support provides IT assistance, repairs, and consultancy. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved, particularly in cases of hardware failure.

Data Loss Responsibility

While we take every precaution, Durham Technical Support is not responsible for any data loss that occurs during the repair process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a backup of important files before any work begins, unless "Data Backup/Recovery" is the specific service being purchased.

Payment

Payments are due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For small business contracts, invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

Liability

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of business profits.
